SHIPPING POLICY

 

Here at Haute House, we are dedicated to getting your orders out as quickly as possible.

Shipping Times:

Please allow 7-10 days for orders to be processed. Once your order is fulfilled please allow 5-6 business days for U.S shipping. Please allow 10-30 days for Canada shipping.

 

How Do I Know My Order Has Been Shipped?

Once your order is fulfilled and shipped a tracking number will be provided via PayPal. You will receive a notification email. Please allow up to 24-hours for USPS to update the status of tracking 

 All U.S and Canada orders are shipped via USPS

Unclaimed/Returned Packages:

Haute House Boutique is NOT RESPONSIBLE for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If your package is returned due to incorrect provided address, the customer is responsible for paying a new shipping fee. So please, triple check your order before placing it. If you feel you have provided an incorrect address please contact us at support@hautehouseboutique.com with your order number immediately with correct shipping address, so we can update it for you. Once your order has been shipped, we are no longer liable.

Return Policy
DUE TO COVID

Unfortunately, we currently do not accept any returns or exchanges. Our shipping department double checks every product and carefully pack every order to make sure you receive your order in its best condition. We are not responsible for orders damaged by shipping carriers.
